Sign these waivers before volunteering
In order to be eligible to participate on volunteer trips, please fill out the following forms, save as pdf with lastname_firstname_date signed type of form (Health/Assumption) as the format and email them to us at volunteer@auwahi.org .
Your request to volunteer must be confirmed by the Auwahi project before you can volunteer. If confirmed, please download and fill out these forms three days before an event.
The Auwahi project is a community based organization powered by the volunteering public like you. Mahalo loa for being a part of this community and helping to protect and restore one of the last and best native Hawaiian dry forests for future generations.
